Services We Offer Fiscally Sponsored Projects
Financial Support
We manage day-to-day financial operations including invoice payments, reimbursements, donation processing, monthly reporting, and grant administration—helping projects stay organized and compliant.
Legal Support
Projects have access to legal services for contracts, trademarks, and organizational agreements, with up to 10 hours of legal support annually.
Fundraising Assistance
Projects receive donation infrastructure, strategic guidance, and are eligible to apply for NumFOCUS Small Development Grants to support specific development needs.
Community & Governance Support
We offer support for community health and sustainability, including travel to the NumFOCUS Summit, governance and documentation guidance, Code of Conduct implementation, and diversity best practices.
Marketing & Outreach
Projects are promoted through blog posts, social media, newsletters, event visibility, and PyData engagement—helping grow awareness and community support.
Event Support
We help organize and manage project events with support for registration, sponsorship outreach, custom templates, design, and financial administration.
Infrastructure Support
Sponsored Projects have access to essential tools and platforms like G-Suite, Zoom, Zulip, Google Shared Drives, domain hosting, and more.
